The agreement

Key terms, in plain language

  • Free trial. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. You're billed automatically at signup or when the trial ends. §3
  • Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. §3
  • Your watchlist. You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of the domains, emails and other items you monitor. §4
  • Sanctions. We screen before providing service and may decline, suspend or end it where there's a sanctions or export-control risk. §5
  • AI-assisted outputs. Some outputs are AI-assisted. Apply human review before critical decisions. §7
  • Internal use only. Intelligence is for your own security use. No redistribution, derivative works or model training. §8
  • Liability. Limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. §12
